Medical Device Field Operations Specialist

Job Summary

To support global fulfillment operations, the remote Medical Device Field Operations Specialist will manage order processing, asset management, and inventory activities while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end order processing and monitor fulfillment trends to ensure timely delivery of surgical assets
• Coordinate reverse logistics workflows and improve asset recovery processes with field teams and logistics partners
• Serve as a point of contact for field sales and clinical teams, supporting product delivery communications and addressing complex issues

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in field operations, fulfillment, or logistics, preferably in the medical device industry
• Hands-on experience with inventory management and order processing in a regulated environment
• Strong working knowledge of QAD ERP, Salesforce CRM, and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Familiarity with quality systems and regulatory frameworks such as ISO 13485 and FDA 21 CFR 820
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field is preferred
