Medical Device Project Coordinator

Job Summary

Working remotely on a 12-month contract basis, the Medical Device Project Coordinator will collaborate with engineering teams to implement design changes, develop project plans, and coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure timely project deliverables.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts and engineering teams to implement changes to medical device design documentation
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, tracking tools, and status reports
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure project deliverables are completed on time

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare, medical devices, or quality management systems (preferred)
• Experience with project coordination, stakeholder management, and process improvement initiatives
