Medical Device Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading cross-functional projects in a regulated medical device environment, the part-time Medical Device Project Manager will develop project plans, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with EU MDR while working remotely on a 4-month contract basis.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage cross-functional projects, ensuring successful execution and compliance with quality standards
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables while identifying and resolving risks and issues
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and other stakeholders to drive project milestones

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field
• 3-6 years of project management experience, preferably in the medical device industry
• Experience working in a regulated medical device environment
• Working knowledge of EU MDR (European Medical Device Regulation) is required
• Availability to work EST or CST business hours
