Job Summary

To support the recruitment of top-tier sales talent in the medical device, wound care, and surgical sectors, the remote Medical Device Sales Recruiting Specialist will source and engage candidates, collaborate with hiring managers, and maintain a strong talent pipeline on a contract basis.

Key responsibilities
  • Source, identify, and engage top sales talent within the medical device, wound care, and surgical sectors
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies
  • Conduct initial screening assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher AND five (5) years of candidate sourcing experience
  • Three (3) years of experience sourcing sales talent in the medical device, wound care, and surgical space
  • Experience using sourcing tools and techniques to identify and engage passive candidates
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates
  • Experience utilizing Workday
