Medical Device Security Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Product Security Manager, the role will manage and mitigate security risks for medical devices by conducting risk assessments, ensuring FDA compliance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with FDA cybersecurity guidance and regulations in collaboration with relevant teams
• Conduct comprehensive security risk assessments and develop device-specific cyber threat models
• Participate in design reviews and manage vulnerability analysis and threat detection tools

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in information security focused on product security for medical devices
• Strong understanding of security principles within the product development and secure software development lifecycles
• Experience with Cybersecurity Risk Assessments, vulnerability analysis, and threat detection tools
• Familiarity with NIST Cybersecurity Framework and experience operating in a regulated environment
