Job Summary

Leading strategic customer accounts, the full-time Medical Devices Business Unit Director will be responsible for overall business unit performance, developing customer relationship strategies, and driving profitable growth in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Own full global P&L responsibility for assigned customer accounts, focusing on revenue growth and financial performance
  • Develop and execute customer relationship strategies and long-term roadmaps to drive organic growth
  • Negotiate contracts and manage cross-functional partnerships to ensure successful delivery and operational excellence
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field
  • 12-15 years of experience in regulated manufacturing operations, preferably in the medical device industry
  • Prior P&L ownership or financial accountability experience preferred
  • Minimum of 4 years of people leadership experience
  • Strong background in customer-facing roles within complex manufacturing environments
