Job Summary

Seeking an Associate Medical Director or Medical Director, the full-time remote position will manage clinical trial execution and oversight for a phase 1 program, ensuring patient safety, regulatory compliance, and scientific integrity while contributing to clinical program strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the medical monitor for assigned clinical trials, providing medical and scientific expertise throughout the study lifecycle
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate the execution of clinical trials and uphold high standards of study conduct
• Review adverse events and protocol deviations to ensure participant safety and guide patient eligibility and protocol adherence

Required Qualifications

• MD or PharmD with clinical oncology experience, or a PhD with a minimum of 3 years in biotech or pharmaceutical oncology drug development
• Experience as a medical monitor on clinical trials, including patient eligibility review and clinical data management
• Proven track record in executing clinical studies and interacting with regulatory agencies
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Creative problem-solving abilities and experience working in cross-functional teams
