Medical Director - 50 State Licensed

Job Summary

To shape clinical strategy and lead a team of Clinical Leads, the remote Medical Director - 50 State Licensed will manage clinical quality and performance, integrate AI into patient care, and provide direct patient care while participating in a 1-in-2 rotating on-call schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the medical group President to execute clinical vision and manage a team of Clinical Leads
• Implement quality assurance programs and monitor clinical outcomes and compliance with regulations
• Provide direct patient care during high demand and support clinical operations after hours

Required qualifications

• MD or DO degree with an active, unrestricted medical license in all 50 states plus D.C
• Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or an equivalent primary care specialty
• 10+ years of clinical practice experience as a primary care physician
• 5-7+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in a clinical setting
• Expert-level familiarity with EHRs and remote monitoring tools
