Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize clinical expertise to enhance patient clinical outcomes and transform data into high-quality databases
• Collaborate with data scientists to assist in feature engineering and review model predictions
• Bridge the gap between Data Science, Data Engineering, Clinical Experts, and Product Development to contribute to healthcare improvement

Required Qualifications:

• MD with at least 5 years of closely related clinical training
• At least 5 years of experience in clinical informatics, including experience with EHR and claims data
• Deep knowledge of ontologies commonly used by health systems and payers
• Experience with Epic and/or Cerner EHRs
• Experience with biomarker data sets and waveform data
