Medical Director, Chronic Weight Management
Job Summary
Supporting the development and delivery of the global medical affairs strategy, the full-time remote Medical Director, Chronic Weight Management will manage evidence generation, medical communication, and external engagement while providing scientific and strategic support throughout the product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Global Medical Asset Lead to execute the global medical affairs strategy for Chronic Weight Management assets across all product lifecycle phases
- Drive medical input into product lifecycle management, including launch readiness and evidence dissemination
- Identify scientific evidence gaps and contribute to the development of global evidence generation plans
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate degree with 4 years of medical affairs experience, or Master's degree with 8 years, or Bachelor's degree with 10 years of medical affairs experience
- At least 4 years of leadership experience in managing teams or projects
- MD/DO, PharmD, or PhD with significant experience in Medical Affairs preferred
- Deep expertise in obesity, chronic weight management, or cardiometabolic diseases
- Experience supporting global medical affairs strategies across multiple stages of the product lifecycle
