Medical Director, CNS Strategy

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Director, Global Medical Strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and execute the strategic vision for assigned assets within the CNS therapeutic area
• Develop and implement medical strategic plans and initiatives based on unmet needs
• Engage with key opinion leaders and stakeholders to drive asset-level medical affairs strategies

Required Qualifications:

• Medical Doctor (MD), PhD, or PharmD with experience in CNS Psychiatry or Neurology
• Experience in US and Global Medical Affairs, with knowledge of applicable US regulations
• Minimum of 7+ years in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
• Relevant experience in translational medicine or early development assets preferred
• Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans
