Medical Director, External Engagement

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Director, Congresses & Partnerships Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design and delivery of a comprehensive global external medical and scientific engagement strategy
• Develop and oversee the annual global oncology and hematology congress strategy, ensuring alignment and execution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve successful execution of medical initiatives and deliverables

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate degree with 4 years of external medical engagement experience, or Master's degree with 7 years, or Bachelor's degree with 9 years of experience
• Advanced degree (e.g., PhD, MD, PharmD, MBA) preferred
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical product development and commercialization processes
• Experience managing congresses and engaging with the external medical community
• Familiarity with clinical research concepts and Good Clinical Practices (GCP)
