Medical Director, Global Strategy

Job Summary

Leading strategic medical initiatives, the full-time Medical Director, Global Strategy will develop and execute medical plans for high-priority programs while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Co-lead and provide medical input into integrated brand strategies for assigned programs
• Develop and execute medical situational analysis, strategy, and plans for assigned products
• Manage external providers and create scientific content for stakeholders, ensuring medical accuracy and relevance

Required qualifications

• Doctorate Degree (MD/DO, PharmD, PhD) or equivalent required, preferably with expertise in neurology, psychiatry, neuroscience, or neurophysiology
• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology setting within Medical Affairs or related roles
• Demonstrated experience in medical affairs strategy and product launch
• Strong strategic thinking acumen and ability to lead cross-functional matrix teams
• Proficiency in relevant computer productivity programs (e.g., MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
