Medical Director, Global Strategy

Job Summary

Leading high-priority programs, the full-time Medical Director, Global Strategy will develop and execute strategic medical plans and tactics for assigned products while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Co-lead and provide medical input into integrated brand strategies for assigned program(s)
• Develop and execute medical situational analysis, strategy, and plans for assigned products
• Manage external providers and create scientific content for stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Doctorate Degree (MD/DO, PharmD, PhD) or equivalent required, with expertise in neurology, psychiatry, neuroscience, or neurophysiology preferred
• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in Medical Affairs or a related role in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology setting
• Direct experience in Medical Affairs strategy and product launch preferred
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional matrix teams and influence without direct authority
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and compliance applicable to Medical Affairs activities
