Medical Director - Licensed in Multiple States

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Director for Post-Acute Care Management - Care Transitions, who will work remotely from anywhere in the US.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily utilization oversight and communication with network physicians and hospitals
• Conduct peer-to-peer conversations for clinical case reviews and respond to clinical inquiries
• Collaborate with the Client Services Team to ensure coordinated delivery of care services

Required Qualifications:

• Board certification as an MD, DO, or MBBS with a current unrestricted medical license
• Ability to obtain licensure in multiple states
• 3+ years of post-residency patient care experience, preferably in inpatient or post-acute settings
