Medical Director - Multi-State Licensed

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Director - Post-Acute Care Management - Care Transitions - Remote anywhere in US.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily utilization oversight and communicate with network physicians and hospitals
• Conduct peer-to-peer conversations for clinical case reviews and manage patient case inquiries
• Collaborate with leadership and Client Services Team to enhance care coordination and strategic initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Board certification as an MD, DO, or MBBS with a current unrestricted medical license
• Ability to obtain licensure in multiple states
• 3+ years of post-residency patient care experience, preferably in inpatient or post-acute settings
