Medical Director - Multi-State Licensed

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Director - Post-Acute Care Management - Care Transitions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily utilization oversight and communication with network physicians and hospitals
• Conduct peer-to-peer conversations for clinical case reviews and respond to clinical inquiries
• Collaborate with the Client Services Team and contribute to the development of action plans for strategic initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Board certification as an MD, DO, or MBBS with a current unrestricted license to practice
• Current, unrestricted medical license with the ability to obtain licensure in multiple states
• 3+ years of post-residency patient care experience, preferably in inpatient or post-acute settings
