Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Director for the Oncology Program.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a liaison between the company and Health Systems to promote Oncology programs
Participate in vetting Oncology vendors and provide support to Care Management Nurses
Support Pharmacy with oncology-related inquiries and educate Blue KC's Oncology Members

Required Qualifications:

Graduation from an accredited medical school with an MD or DO
10 years of experience in medical oncology/radiation oncology
Current board certification by the American Board of Medical Specialties in Oncology or related field
Current active/unrestricted clinical license to practice in Missouri and Kansas
Preferred qualification of a multi-state license
