Medical Director, Rare Disease

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Director, Rare Disease.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and delivery of the Medical Affairs strategy for TAVNEOS
• Contribute to cross-functional teams to enhance access to medicines through evidence generation and communication
• Develop and manage the medical budget for TAVNEOS and ensure appropriate medical training delivery

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate degree and 4 years of related experience, or Master's degree and 8 years, or Bachelor's degree and 10 years of related experience
• At least 4 years of experience directly managing people or leading teams and projects
• 5 years of experience in Medical Affairs and/or real-world evidence, preferably in nephrology or rheumatology
• Clinical knowledge in vasculitis and familiarity with clinical research concepts
• Experience in pharmaceutical product development and understanding of healthcare ecosystems
