Medical Director, Skeletal Conditions

Job Summary

To support the Skeletal Business Unit, the remote Medical Director, Skeletal Conditions will develop and implement US medical plans, engage with key medical experts, and ensure alignment of medical activities with global strategies while collaborating across various teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the US Medical Plan in coordination with Medical Affairs, Commercial, and Regulatory teams
• Strengthen relationships with US medical experts and lead scientific advice-seeking events to support medical strategy
• Act as a key member of the Medical SMART team to provide medical recommendations for product launches and regulatory filings

Required Qualifications

• MD, PhD, or PharmD, or other advanced life science degree required
• 5 or more years of relevant experience in clinical science, medical affairs, and/or drug development
• Previous experience as an Associate Medical Director/Medical Director within Medical Affairs strongly preferred
• Knowledge or clinical experience in skeletal conditions is ideal
• Experience in orphan drugs, rare diseases, and genetic disorders strongly preferred
