A company is looking for a Medical Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of evidence-based care and lead a multidisciplinary team
• Architect and enforce clinical care SOPs while ensuring operational efficiency
• Serve as the primary clinical strategist, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance care delivery

Required Qualifications

• Board Certified Geriatrician, Neurologist, or Internal Medicine Physician with experience in cognitive disorders
• Active medical license in at least one state; multi-state licenses preferred
• 5+ years of clinical practice, including 2 years in a clinical leadership role in a high-growth startup or digital health environment
• Deep understanding of dementia and geriatrics, with familiarity with value-based care frameworks
• Proven experience transitioning clinical workflows into digital delivery models
