Responsibilities:
- Implement evidence-based practice guidelines throughout the provider network
- Oversee the quality of clinical care for network and non-network providers
- Assure a high-performing Medical Management system that adheres to contracts and regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Medicine licensed to practice in the state of Florida as a medical director
- Board Certified in Family Medicine
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare administration or medical facility management
- Strong leadership and analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and healthcare data analysis
