Medical Economics Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Economics Consultant for a 3-month remote contract assignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create reporting and processes to gain insights into product line performance drivers
• Develop dashboards and reports to explain cost and utilization drivers
• Conduct ad hoc analysis on utilization trends and provider reimbursement methodologies

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in medical economics and/or healthcare analytics with payer experience
• Experience with Enterprise Data Warehouses and healthcare claims data
• Proven ability to develop cost and utilization dashboards focused on product line performance
• Strong background in analyzing trend drivers
• Proficiency in SQL and Milliman MedInsight; Power BI experience preferred
