Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Medical Economics Lead Analyst-Network Strategy will lead financial modeling for provider contract renegotiations, evaluate contract performance, and deliver actionable insights to support network strategy and decision-making.
Key responsibilities
- Lead financial modeling to support provider contract renegotiations, including unit cost analysis and scenario modeling
- Develop pre-negotiation targets and guardrails based on internal performance and external benchmarks
- Translate analytics into clear, actionable insights for high-stakes provider negotiations and executive dashboards
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Actuarial Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5-8+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, actuarial, medical economics, or network strategy
- Strong understanding of provider contracting and reimbursement methodologies
- Proven ability to build financial models and translate results into business decisions
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and/or data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
