Job Summary
Leading rigorous evaluations of program impact, the remote Strategic Consultant, Real-World Evidence & Medical Economics will design and execute retrospective analyses to quantify treatment effects and generate actionable insights that inform product strategy and storytelling.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate insights into clear narratives for client and market use
- Evaluate patterns in member-level cost regression and identify where impact is realized, such as ER visits and medication utilization
- Conduct real-world evidence analyses to assess the differential impact of pharmacist engagement and identify member populations that benefit most
Required qualifications
- Advanced degree in Health Economics, Biostatistics, Epidemiology, Data Science, or a related field (PhD, DrPH, MD preferred)
- Proven experience conducting real-world evidence or medical economics analyses
- Strong expertise in observational study design and causal inference methods
- Experience working with healthcare claims, clinical, and/or pharmacy data
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex analyses into business-relevant insights
