Medical Economics Lead
Job Summary
Serving as the primary analytics and data lead for a large RBE client, the full-time Medical Economics Lead will manage the client's data lifecycle, reporting, and medical economics needs while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own the client analytics and reporting roadmap, translating business priorities into actionable requirements and deliverables
- Design and improve executive, operational, and clinical reporting, including dashboards and performance analyses
- Lead complex analytical projects, synthesizing stakeholder input into executive-ready recommendations that influence client strategy
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Health, Health Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field; master's degree preferred
- 7+ years of experience in medical economics, healthcare analytics, or related fields with project leadership experience
- Recognized expertise in healthcare claims, medical cost analytics, and value-based care performance
- Advanced proficiency with SQL and business intelligence tools such as Tableau
- Experience with payer data and knowledge of Medicare Advantage or ACO programs is preferred
