Medical Economics Lead
Job Summary
Serving as the primary analytics and data lead for a large RBE client, the full-time Medical Economics Lead will manage the client's data, reporting, and medical economics needs, delivering actionable insights and recommendations in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end delivery of data analytics and reporting for the RBE client, translating business priorities into actionable insights
- Design and enhance executive, operational, and clinical reporting, including dashboards and performance packages
- Lead complex analyses of medical cost, utilization, and value-based performance, synthesizing findings into strategic recommendations for stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Health, Health Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field; master's degree preferred
- 7+ years of experience in medical economics, healthcare analytics, or related fields, including project leadership
- Deep knowledge of healthcare claims and value-based care performance
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and business intelligence tools such as Tableau
- Experience with payer data and data quality processes
