Medical Economics Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Medical Economics (Marketplace) to oversee team activities and manage relationships with operational leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Marketplace trend analytics work stream and oversee project workload distribution
• Mentor and coach staff while ensuring the accuracy and clarity of analyst work products
• Represent the Medical Economics department in cross-departmental meetings and manage quarterly trend presentations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Math, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 3 years of management or team leadership experience
• 10 years of work experience in medical economics or healthcare data environment
• Strong knowledge of SQL programming and advanced Excel functions
• Experience in creating data visualizations for leadership-level audiences
