Medical Economics Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the Charger Master team and Provider Network functions, the full-time remote Medical Economics Manager will perform audits related to provider contracts and operational compliance while collaborating with internal stakeholders and external provider organizations to ensure accuracy and drive resolution of audit findings.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform audits of provider-related data and financial arrangements to validate compliance with contract terms and regulatory requirements
• Serve as the primary audit point of contact for provider groups and network partners, effectively communicating audit scope and findings
• Document audit results and track findings through remediation, contributing to audit summaries and trend reporting

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of working experience in healthcare administration, finance, or a related field
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience performing audits or compliance assessments within healthcare or payer operations
• Ability to analyze data and identify discrepancies impacting financial or compliance aspects
• Proven experience engaging with external partners through effective communication
