Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Editor II.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete all editorial steps for assigned brands, including editing, fact-checking, and proofreading
• Help set and maintain brand styles and style guides while participating in meetings to advise on timelines and workflows
• Oversee freelancers' work and manage assigned tasks while ensuring adherence to editorial processes

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of editing experience in a healthcare and/or pharmaceutical advertising agency
• Strong knowledge of grammar and the AMA Manual of Style 11th Edition
• Familiarity with Workfront Proof and/or Ziflow
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to manage both micro and macro details
• Comfortable working in an all-remote setting; familiarity with Veeva Vault and product launch experience are a plus
