Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Medical Editor will edit and proofread medical content, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and adherence to editorial standards while collaborating with the Medical Communications team.
Key responsibilities:
- Edit copy for spelling, grammar, punctuation, and readability while maintaining stylistic consistency
- Review various documents for branding, flow, and content accuracy, ensuring all client feedback is incorporated
- Proofread designs and builds to verify completeness and identify layout issues
Required qualifications:
- BA/BSc or 5 years of related industry experience
- Minimum three years of experience in copywriting/editing, preferably in pharma or agency settings
- Exemplary written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
