Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose academic performance issues and create tailored learning plans for medical students
• Conduct lectures and small group teaching to enhance students' academic and clinical performance
• Document and monitor student progress through individual consultations and learning plans

Required Qualifications

• Masters, PhD, or EdD in educational psychology, adult learning, or health professions education
• 1-2 years of experience in academic counseling for medical students
• Proficiency in developing individual learning plans based on student learning theory
• Ability to engage effectively with a diverse student population
• Demonstrated capability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
