Medical Education Operations Specialist

Job Summary

To support the operational needs of Medical Education, the full-time Medical Education Operations Specialist will manage financial, operational, and administrative activities, ensuring compliance and timely processing of reimbursements, contracts, and reporting, with a mix of remote work and on-site responsibilities in Arlington, TX.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end processing of resident physician and faculty reimbursements, ensuring compliance with guidelines
• Develop and maintain financial dashboards and reports to monitor expenditures and support decision-making
• Serve as a system-level representative in stakeholder meetings, implementing standardized practices across training sites

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Health Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5 years of progressive experience in operations, finance, or GME administration
• Strong knowledge of healthcare financial operations, including budgeting and reconciliation
• Proficiency with enterprise financial systems, such as PeopleSoft, and advanced Excel skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead process improvement initiatives and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
