Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Engagement Content Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of central scientific content for Field Medical and global omnichannel engagement frameworks
Drive the creation and delivery of innovative Field Medical content and customer journey templates
Oversee content governance, ensuring scientific accuracy and compliance with internal processes

Required Qualifications

MSc in a life science or healthcare-related field, preferably PharmD, PhD, or MD
7+ years of experience in Medical Affairs or Medical Communication
Ability to influence without authority and resolve conflicts
Experience in scientific narrative, storytelling, and messaging
In-depth knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements for non-promotional content
