Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical General Expert - AI Training.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop AI Training Content: Create detailed prompts and responses for AI learning
• Optimize AI Performance: Evaluate and rank AI responses for accuracy and relevance
• Ensure Model Integrity: Test AI models for inaccuracies or biases

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Medicine, Nursing, Public Health, Health Sciences, or Allied Health
• Strong grounding in Epidemiology, Clinical Medicine, Healthcare Systems, and Patient Care
• Confident in clinical reasoning and explaining conclusions based on evidence
• Minimum C1 English proficiency with exceptional attention to detail
• Previous experience with AI data training, clinical documentation review, or healthcare editorial QA is preferred
