Job Summary
Supporting the identification and onboarding of highly qualified medical experts, the fully remote Medical Expert Recruiter will conduct clinical background research, interview candidates, and maintain accurate recruitment records while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct clinical background research to identify and evaluate prospective medical expert candidates
- Screen and interview qualified physicians and healthcare professionals to assess their credentials and suitability
- Coordinate the onboarding of medical experts by collecting and maintaining all required documentation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of three years of clinical experience in nursing, allied health, or a related healthcare field
- Prior recruiting or talent acquisition experience is preferred
- Experience working with physicians or medical professionals is highly desirable
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required
