Medical Grant Writer
Job Summary
To assist in creating grants for funding submissions, the remote Medical Grant Writer will collaborate with internal team members to write multiple focused needs assessments and manage grant submissions under the direction of the Vice President of Educational Development.
Key responsibilities
- Write 3-4 focused needs assessments/grants weekly, including literature reviews and refining themes and objectives
- Coordinate and finalize grant submissions according to supporters' portal requirements, including summaries and letters of request
- Identify Request for Proposals (RFPs) within the dermatology space and maintain supporter and grant status reports
Required qualifications
- 4-year degree from an accredited institution
- 1+ years of experience in continuing medical education
- Knowledge of rules and regulations overseeing medical education
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to incorporate AI to enhance efficiency and improve products
