Medical Information Assistant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Information Assistant- Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Responds to requests for medical and safety information from consumers and healthcare professionals
• Documents and reports adverse events and product complaints in compliance with regulations and internal policies
• Ensures timely completion of tasks according to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Required Qualifications

• Life science degree, Nursing degree (RN/BS/BA/MS), or Pharmacy degree
• 1-2 years of relevant professional experience in a global company environment
• Working knowledge of medical terminology, pathophysiology, and pharmacology
• Familiarity with regulations and industry standards related to medical information
