Medical Information Associate

Job Summary

Supporting the Medical Information team, the full-time Medical Information Associate with Dutch language will handle initial adverse event and medical information inquiries, providing approved responses to external customers in both Dutch and English while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide approved responses to medical inquiries from healthcare professionals, patients, and pharmaceutical clients
• Accurately document and report adverse events, special situations, and product quality complaints within required timeframes
• Track and document all medical information inquiries in the Medical Information database

Required qualifications

• Healthcare-related degree in life sciences (e.g., chemistry, biology, biotechnology, pharmacy, nursing)
• Customer service or call center experience preferred
• Advanced verbal and written skills in English and Dutch
• Ability to perform out-of-hours service if required
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
