Medical Information Associate

Job Summary

Supporting the Medical Information team, the full-time Medical Information Associate will handle initial adverse event and medical information inquiries in Dutch and English while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide approved responses to medical inquiries from healthcare professionals, patients, and pharmaceutical clients
• Document and report adverse events, pregnancy situations, and product quality complaints within required timeframes
• Track and fully document all medical information inquiries within the Medical Information database

Required qualifications

• Healthcare-related degree in life sciences, such as chemistry, biology, biotechnology, pharmacy, or nursing
• Preferred customer service or call center experience
• Advanced verbal and written skills in both English and Dutch
• Ability to perform out-of-hours service as required
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
