Job Summary
Supporting the Medical Information team, the full-time Medical Information Associate will manage initial adverse event and medical information inquiries, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provide approved responses to medical inquiries from healthcare professionals, patients, and pharmaceutical clients
- Accurately identify, document, and report adverse events, special situation events, and product quality complaints within required timeframes
- Track and document all medical information inquiries within the Medical Information database comprehensively
Required qualifications
- Healthcare-related degree in life sciences or biomedical fields (e.g., chemistry, biology, biotechnology, pharmacy, nursing)
- Fluency in English; additional language skills in Mandarin, Cantonese, Thai, or Korean preferred
- 0-3 years of work experience in medical information or pharmacovigilance
- Customer service or call center experience preferred
- Willingness to perform out-of-hours service if required
