Providing essential medical information support, the full-time Medical Information Specialist will respond to inquiries from healthcare professionals and consumers, document adverse events, and ensure compliance with industry regulations while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to requests for medical and safety information from various sources, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Document and report adverse events and product complaints accurately and within established deadlines
• Maintain quality assurance by performing checks on logged inquiries and ensuring adherence to privacy policies
