Medical Information Specialist

Job Summary

To support the Medical Information Contact Center, the full-time Medical Information Specialist will respond to requests for medical and safety information, document adverse events, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to consumer and healthcare professional inquiries regarding medical and safety information
• Document and report adverse events and product complaints according to regulatory requirements
• Maintain quality assurance by performing checks on logged inquiries and adhering to privacy policies

Required qualifications

• Life science degree
• Proficiency in English and ability to write fluently and grammatically correct
• Strong cognitive abilities, including critical thinking and analytical skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office and document management systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team while managing multiple tasks
