Job Summary

To support a growing Medical Information team, the full-time Medical Information Specialist will respond to medical inquiries from healthcare professionals and patients, utilizing approved product information and scientific literature, while working remotely and contributing to process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Responding to medical and safety-related inquiries via phone, email, and web platforms
• Documenting and reporting adverse events and product complaints in compliance with regulatory standards
• Providing informal training or mentorship to new team members and contributing to process improvements

Required qualifications

• A degree in life sciences or a healthcare-related field
• An interest in drug safety, medical information, or regulatory affairs
