Medical Information Specialist RN or LPN

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Information Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver virtual or telephonic support to clients engaging customers, patients, and healthcare professionals in clinical dialogue
• Document medical information requests, adverse events, and product quality complaints
• Conduct study compliance calls, enroll participants in educational seminars, and provide patient support

Required Qualifications:

• Current US healthcare professional license: RN or LPN
• Competency with computer and call center telephone technology
• Ability to work independently and within a group setting
• Results-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• At least one year of experience in healthcare or pharmaceuticals (preferred for higher job level)
