A company is looking for an Insurance Claims Specialist - Medical.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and resolve rejected pharmacy claims to ensure maximum payer reimbursement and timely billing
• Research and analyze rejected claims, working with insurance companies to ensure maximum payer reimbursement
• Identify and resolve revenue risks associated with billing and reversal processes

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Customer service experience
• Basic math aptitude
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
• Knowledge of insurance industry trends and regulations (desired)
