Key Responsibilities:

Manage and resolve rejected pharmacy claims to ensure maximum payer reimbursement and timely billing
Research and analyze rejected claims, working with insurance companies to ensure maximum payer reimbursement
Identify and resolve revenue risks associated with billing and reversal processes

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED
Customer service experience
Basic math aptitude
Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
