Job Summary

To support the management of medical liens for personal injury claims, the full-time Medical Lien Specialist will work remotely, coordinating with healthcare providers and legal professionals while ensuring compliance with lien filing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and file medical liens for patients involved in personal injury claims
• Coordinate with healthcare providers to obtain necessary documentation, including medical records and billing information
• Communicate effectively with legal professionals and provide patient support while maintaining accurate records

Required qualifications

• A clean driving record and reliable source of transportation
• High School diploma or GED required
• Knowledge of or experience with the personal injury legal process, medical billing, or insurance claims processing is a plus
• Self-motivated with a desire to build relationships and meet goals
• Ability to multitask effectively while on the phone and computer
