Job Summary

Proactively managing a complex inventory of medical malpractice claims, the full-time remote Medical Malpractice Claims Advisor will analyze and resolve high-exposure claims while providing exceptional customer service and technical leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Strategically manage complex claims by assessing issues and directing resolution efforts
• Act as a subject matter expert on complex claim issues and provide oversight
• Document clear and concise file notes to communicate issues and resolution paths to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 8 years of claims management experience or equivalent, including 3-5 years handling complex claims
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• Experience in negotiation, mediation, or arbitration of high-value claims
• Licenses as required and professional certification preferred
