A company is looking for a Medical Malpractice Paralegal to join their team on a fully remote, contract-to-hire basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and summarize extensive hospital and medical records to identify liability and causation issues
• Draft detailed medical chronologies and treatment timelines using firm-provided formatting and templates
• Conduct literature reviews and research treatment protocols relevant to case defense

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a Medical Malpractice paralegal role or adjacent medical-legal field
• Proven ability to review and synthesize complex hospital records and create medical chronologies
• Experience conducting medical research using professional databases
• Prior nursing or clinical background strongly preferred
• Familiarity with litigation support tasks and electronic document management
