Medical Monitor Trainer

Job Summary

Leading the direction and execution of clinical trial data review, the remote Medical Monitor Trainer will provide oversight and training for scientific and medical directors in oncology development, focusing on data review best practices and safety assessments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead training sessions on clinical data review and medical monitoring best practices for scientific and medical directors in oncology development
• Review and interpret accumulating safety and efficacy data, providing medical monitoring oversight for ongoing trials
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality data review and issue resolution, while mentoring team members on effective data review practices

Required Qualifications

• Medical Doctor preferred; advanced clinical or scientific degree may be considered
• 5-7 years of experience in clinical development, medical monitoring, or oncology trials
• Strong understanding of clinical trial operations, safety review, and data cleaning processes
• Experience with EDC systems and clinical review platforms such as Spotfire and J-Review
• Demonstrated ability to train and communicate complex clinical information effectively
